GETTING STARTED
Signed to live in about a week
Sign up. Send us your keys. Put the app on your hardware. Pair. Our implementation team does the rest and trains your crew. Here is exactly what happens.
Getting started with Seed takes four things from you: a signature, your POS and loyalty keys, the app on your hardware, and a pairing code. An implementation manager handles the rest: the POS connection, the menu concept, the first layouts with the design team, and training. Most stores go from signed to screens live in about a week.
THE STEPS
What happens, in order
-
Sign up
Book a demo. We show your actual menu on a Seed screen, quote your store count (per location, unlimited screens and users), and you sign. Your implementation manager introduces themselves the same day.
-
Send your keys
Your POS API key: on Dutchie it lives in Back Office and takes about two minutes; Treez and Meadow document theirs; for BLAZE, Flowhub, COVA, Weave, and the rest we tell you where to look. Loyalty keys if you run Alpine IQ or springbig. Your logo, fonts, and colors for the design team.
-
Install the app on your hardware
Any TV with an HDMI port. Pick a player, install Seed, done. Buy your own from the hardware list or ask us to source it.

Pair your devices
Each device shows a pairing code; enter it in Seed Manager, name the screen, and assign it a channel. Finding your device ID covers the one step people ask about.
-
Guided implementation
Your implementation manager works out the menu concept with you: what each screen shows, which layouts, how specials appear, what the lobby runs while people wait. The design team builds the first layouts in your brand. Then your team gets trained in Seed Manager, so nobody is guessing on day two. The playbook comes from what works across 950+ storefronts.
-
Live
Screens read from the POS from then on. Prices, products, stock, and specials update themselves. That is the whole job, and it takes about a week.

STEP ONE
Book the demo. We'll bring your menu.
