What the Subscription Covers

Everything's in the box

Unlimited screens

TV menus, promo screens, queue boards — add screens to a location without adding license line items.

Unlimited users

Every budtender and manager gets a login. Nobody shares a password to change a price.

Unlimited playlists

Schedule by daypart, screen, or store. Campaign tools are part of the platform, not a tier.

Design team, included

Seed designers build and refresh your menus and promo screens as part of the subscription — not an add-on invoice.

POS sync

Live inventory sync with Dutchie, Treez, Flowhub, BLAZE, COVA, Meadow, and the rest of the majors.

Onboarding + support

Typical timeline is about a week from signed to screens live, menu styling and POS hookup included.

Why the model is the message

Screens multiply — that's the point of them. A store that starts with two menus ends up with a promo screen, a queue board, and a vertical menu by the register. Per-screen billing turns that growth into an invoice problem; per-location pricing means every new screen is free to add its job. Budget the hardware once (TV guide, kiosk guide), and the software line stays flat per store.

Pricing questions, answered

How is Seed priced?

Per location — one subscription per store, with unlimited screens, playlists, and users at each one. Adding a fourth TV or a tenth staff login never changes the bill. Self-service kiosks (Seed Touch) are quoted alongside, based on how many stations you're running.

Why don't you publish the number?

Because the honest answer is "it depends on your setup" — how many locations, whether kiosks are in the mix, and what hardware you already own. Rather than post a from-price with an asterisk, we quote your exact configuration on the demo call — one call, real number, no follow-up sequence required.

Is design work extra?

No — that surprises people. Seed's design team builds your menus and promo screens as part of the subscription. You're not hiring a freelancer on the side or buying a "creative services package."

What does the hardware side cost?

Hardware is yours, bought once: TVs plus a player per screen, tablets plus stands for kiosks. The TV buying guide and kiosk cost guide give honest ranges, and code SEEDSAMZN takes 10% off Amazon Signage Sticks. We'd rather you buy right than buy more.

Per location vs. per screen — why does it matter?

Per-screen pricing punishes the thing screens are for: doing more jobs. Stores grow into a menu, a promo loop, and a queue board — under per-screen billing that's three line items and climbing. Under per-location pricing it's the same subscription, which is why we price that way.

How do I get my number?

Book a demo. Bring your store count and your POS — we'll show your live menu running on Seed and quote your exact price on the same call, usually about a week out from screens on the wall if you move forward.
