SEED TV MENUS
TV menus for Florida dispensaries
Menus that never lie: prices, products, and stock synced from your POS, so the wall always matches the register — and nobody spends their morning retyping it.
TV MENUS IN FLORIDA
The menu is the store
Florida runs on vertically integrated MMTCs — multi-location retail at scale, where consistency across every store is the whole game. A medical menu carries more weight than a retail one — patients plan purchases, compare options, and notice discrepancies. A wall that always matches the register is table stakes, and it should never require somebody’s morning to maintain.
LIVE POS SYNC
Never sell what you don’t have.
Sold out? Off the menu before anyone asks for it. New price at the register? On the wall without anyone retyping a thing. Seed menus read your live POS inventory, so the most-read surface in your store is also the most accurate.
CAMPAIGN TOOLS
Menus built to sell.
Feature the brands you want to move, schedule the weekend promo weeks ahead, and run holiday campaigns across every screen without opening a design app. If someone on your team rebuilds menu graphics every morning, your signage is costing you payroll.
DESIGN, INCLUDED
A design team comes with the software.
Send us your fonts, colors, and logo — or a napkin sketch — and our designers build menu layouts that look like your brand, not a template. Design help is part of the subscription, not an invoice.
IN-STORE SCREEN RULES · FLORIDA
What you can show on screens in Florida
The only binding Florida text today is the statute: a treatment center may not advertise in any way visible from a street, sidewalk, park, or other public place, so an in-store screen must be positioned so it cannot be seen from outside. The emergency rule that spelled out in-store limits (64ER25-6, effective December 31, 2025) was repealed by the Legislature effective July 1, 2026, and the permanent replacement, proposed rule 64-4.227, was published August 24, 2026 and had not been adopted as of September 24, 2026. If adopted as proposed, in-facility advertising such as murals and posters must not be visible from outside and must avoid recreational-use content, depictions of consumption, whole flower, celebrities, childlike fonts, and cure claims. No Florida text addresses screens, video, or in-store price display; the treatment center’s website, not the store, must publish THC and CBD content, prices, and discount policies. Internet advertisements require Department approval.
Applies to: medical only; licensed medical marijuana treatment centers. Regulator: Florida Department of Health, Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU).
- Advertising, including a screen, must not be visible to the public from any street, sidewalk, park, or other public place. “may not engage in advertising that is visible to members of the public from any street, sidewalk, park, or other public place” (Fla. Stat. § 381.986(8)(h))
- One identifying sign affixed outside or hanging in the window is permitted; the trade name and logo may not be attractive to children or promote recreational use. (Fla. Stat. § 381.986(8)(h)1)
- Internet advertisements must be approved by the Department; no pre-approval for in-store materials was found. “All advertisements must be approved by the department.” (Fla. Stat. § 381.986(8)(h)2.a)
- The emergency rule 64ER25-6 was repealed effective July 1, 2026; the proposed permanent rule 64-4.227 was not adopted as of the review date. (Ch. 2026-233, Laws of Fla., § 31; proposed 64-4.227)
- Proposed rule: advertising and marketing inside the facility, such as wall murals and posters, must comply with the content rules and must not be visible from outside; products and packaging must not be visible from outside. Screens are not mentioned. “Advertising and marketing inside the MMTC’s dispensing facility shall not be visible to the public from outside of the dispensing facility.” (Proposed 64-4.227(5)(a)-(b))
- Proposed rule content bans: cure claims, depictions of consumption, social or recreational settings, whole flower, celebrities or influencers, childlike images or fonts, misspellings, excessive-use encouragement, and risky activities. “Depicts or contains childlike images or fonts, or misspellings (e.g., "kool" or "froot loops")” (Proposed 64-4.227(3))
- No in-store price or discount restriction was found; the website must publish prices and discount policies, and the proposed rule allows pricing and discount posts on social media. (Fla. Stat. § 381.986(8)(i)4; proposed 64-4.227(6))
- Video, motion, or moving signs are not addressed in the statute, the repealed emergency rule, or the proposed rule. (Proposed 64-4.227(1)(g))
Potency on menus: No in-store rule found. The treatment center’s website must list CBD and THC content, dose unit, doses available, and the CBD-to-THC ratio for each product (Fla. Stat. § 381.986(8)(i)1).
Where the rule is "keep it accurate," a menu that reads from the POS does the work: sold-out products drop off on their own and the price on the wall is the price at the register. Where the rule is about content, the layout and the campaign are yours to keep inside the lines.
